Bridge Clinic locations:
Bridge Clinics are strategically located to provide support to individuals returning to the community from incarceration and their families. Services are available at the following locations:
Howard R. Young Correctional Institution
1301 E. 12th St.
Wilmington, DE 19802- M–F, 7 to 11 a.m. and 5 to 9 p.m.
- S–S, 8 to 1 p.m. and 6 to 11 p.m.
Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution
660 Baylor Blvd.
New Castle, DE 19720- M–F, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and to 8 p.m.
- S–S, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 to 11 p.m.
Community Corrections Office: Hares Corner
26 Parkway Circle
New Castle, DE 19720- Second Thursday of the month, 1 to 3 p.m.
Community Corrections Office: Cherry Lane
314 Cherry Lane
New Castle, DE 19720- First Wednesday and fourth Tuesday of the month, 1 to 3 p.m.
