Bridge Clinic locations
Bridge Clinics are strategically located to provide support to individuals returning to the community from incarceration and their families. Services are available at the following locations:
New Castle County Fernhook Building Bridge Clinic
14 Central Ave New Castle, DE 19720- Daily: 8:00 a.m to 11:30 p.m.
Kent County Bridge Clinic, located in the James W. Williams State Service Center
805 River Rd, 3rd Floor Dover, DE 19901- Mon–Fri: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Sussex County Bridge Clinic, located in the Thurman Adams State Service
546 S. Bedford St. Georgetown, DE 19947- Mon–Fri: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Mobile Bridge Clinic locations
Mobile Bridge Clinics bring services directly to the community, offering flexible support at various locations throughout the state.
Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution
660 Baylor Blvd. New Castle, DE 19720- Mon–Fri: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Sat–Sun: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Community Corrections Office: Cherry Lane
314 Cherry Lane New Castle, DE 19720- First Wed and fourth Tue of the month: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Community Corrections Office: Hares Corner
26 Parkway Circle New Castle, DE 19720- Second Thu of the month: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Howard R. Young Correctional Institution
1301 E. 12th St. Wilmington, DE 19802- Mon–Fri: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Sat–Sun: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
