Delaware’s Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health is looking to partner with primary care providers in rural Sussex County to combat mental health and substance use disorder.
Together, we can:
Build Capacity and Reduce Stigma
Access training for staff on practices that reflect a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. That includes mental health first-aid and anti-stigma training.
Access Mobile Support Team
A direct line of access to request our mobile support team, which includes expertise from peer support specialists to enhance behavioral support for patients.
Access Resources
Access to SUD programs, mental health care, and harm reduction services.
Eligibility: Providers that practice and serve in Sussex County, Delaware are eligible.
